One of the ways in which we have earned the trust and respect of hundreds of agents and master agents over the last decade-and-a-half is by treating all customer information with the highest degree of confidentiality. We collect only that information about our customers (and their players) which is absolutely necessary to service their accounts. Only the appropriate EVOdp personnel have access to that information, and it is kept in the strictest of confidence.
Naturally, password confidentiality is the sole responsibility of each individual agent and player. EVOdp is not responsible for password usage by anyone other than the person to whom the password was originally issued. If you suspect that a password has been compromised, please notify us immediately and we’ll assign a new password to the affected account.
